Tarahom Salmani
I am Tarahom Salmani, born in 1341 In 1990, I graduated from Tehran University of Arts with a degree in painting.
I presented my thesis titled "visual value of women's artwork in Moghan" with the guidance of Professor Mohammad Ebrahim Jafari.
A summary of the exhibitions I have attended:
- Illustration Exhibition in Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art, 1991;
- Fifth biennial exhibition "Contemporary Iranian Painting" at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tehran, 1999;
- 2nd Tehran Painting Symposium, 2014;
- 8th Tehran Visual Arts Festival 2015;
- Euro Expo Art Exhibition, 2017. Italy ...
And many others whose names I do not remember.
One day a friend jokingly asked me why do you paint? I replied: What should I do if I do not paint!
Since then I think I really could not do anything but paint, and all these years I have believed that if I work honestly, I will not go astray!
